Some sellers will charge you shipping and some will give you free shipping if you buy enough of the currency. Of course, there are also plenty of smaller denominations for sale as well because some people aren't investing, they are only collecting or buying it as a novelty or gift for someone else. Investors will of course want to buy larger denomination bills to get more overall currency.
